What is ASR?
Oracle ASR is a hardware monitoring tool that notifies both you and us (ECS) of any hardware failures, including potential ones like HDD predictive failures.
This is a free software that can be installed on any qualified assets that you might have. We can also assist in the installation, all free of charge as you have an existing contract with us.
With ASR, in the case where you are not within the office, and a hardware fault occurs, we will get notified by ASR and would be working on diagnostics while informing you.
This will increase efficiency of fault diagnostics.
We can provide more information if you are interested in implementing ASR within your systems.
You may call us back at +65 9785 2853 and we will be more than willing to explain in more details.
Also the undermentioned are the ASR information for your perusal.
