Oracle Key Manager: Collect System Dumps and Logs for OKM/KMS

Steps to Follow<br>To acquire KMS logs:<br> <br>KMS 1.x<br>Logs are located in the /var/adm/kms.log and /var/adm/ messages files.<br> <br>OKM 2.x / 3.x<br>Log into the O KM Manager GUI with security officer role, select System Management, System Dump.<br> <br>Select Browse to select directory, to save dump file in, then click start.<br>- Dump will take a few seconds to complete.<br>- The system dump will be created with the f ormat of KMS-System-Dump-date.tar.Z<br> <br>Attach the KMS support file(s) to the appropriate "My Oracle Support" service request (SR) for evaluation.<br> <br>A System dump may be needed from each KMA node.
