How do you know if your unit is under warranty?

Generally, Ruark products are covered under warranty for 2 years from the purchase date.
This applies to units that are purchased from Authorized sellers or platforms. Outside of these, all are considered out of warranty

Customers have the option of registering online warranty which will extend the warranty to 3 years from the purchase date.

Units that are not purchased from Authorized seller or platforms will be serviced by us at our discretion on a case by case basis
